Terms of Service

Agreement
These terms govern the use of the CandiDesk platform and this website, operated by Gloura AI in Vienna, Austria. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use CandiDesk on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company.
The service
CandiDesk is a recruitment technology platform that screens candidates, drafts outreach, runs assistant conversations and calls, and syncs with customer CRM and ATS systems. Outbound messages require human approval by design. We continuously improve the service, and features may evolve over time. Where a change materially reduces functionality that a customer pays for, we will inform the customer in advance.
Accounts
Customers are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity under their accounts. Seats are personal and may not be shared. Tell us immediately at nikon.mazur@candidesk.io if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use CandiDesk to break the law, to process data you have no right to process, to discriminate against candidates on protected grounds, to send spam, or to probe or disrupt the platform's security. We may suspend accounts that put other customers, candidates, or the service at risk, and we will explain why when we do.
Customer data and candidate data
Customers keep all rights to the data they bring into CandiDesk. For candidate personal data, the customer is the data controller and CandiDesk acts as data processor under a data processing agreement. Our GDPR page describes roles, safeguards, and data subject rights in detail. We use customer data only to provide the service, never to sell, and never to train models for other customers.
Fees
Paid plans are billed monthly at the prices published on this site or agreed in an order form. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Fees are due in advance and are not refundable for partial months, except where the law says otherwise.
Availability
We work to keep CandiDesk available around the clock, but no software service can promise perfection. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Enterprise agreements may include specific availability commitments.
Intellectual property
CandiDesk, its software, design, and branding remain the property of Gloura AI. Customers receive a right to use the service for their internal business during their subscription. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the product without obligation.
Liability
CandiDesk supports human decision makers; it does not make hiring decisions. Customers remain responsible for their hiring processes and for final decisions about candidates. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
Customers can cancel at the end of any billing period. We can terminate for material breach that remains uncured after notice. After termination, candidate data is deleted or returned as described on our GDPR page, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Austrian law. The courts of Vienna have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
